Joyful Cafe is a coffee shop that employs young adults with significant disabilities. It started when two moms of young adults with disabilities began to think, "What will my kids do, once they "age out" of the special education system?" Many other families wonder the same thing, as there are limited employment opportunities for people who have disabilities and need a little extra support in the workplace. Then came this wonderful little coffee shop :-)

Most of our employees have disabilities, but that doesn't stop them from loving what they do and it certainly doesn't stop them from brightening your day!"
